In this role, you’ll work across the full data stack: defining architecture, building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, and modeling data to ensure accessibility, scalability, and performance. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality data that supports both product innovation and business insight.

Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures.
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for clean, reliable data ingestion and transformation.
Develop optimized data models (relational and dimensional) for analytics and reporting.
Manage and tune databases for speed, cost, and scalability.
Collaborate with analysts and scientists to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
Support data visualization initiatives and dashboard creation.
Implement data validation and monitoring processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and innovation.
4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeler, or similar data-focused role.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and database design principles.
Experience with data architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle).
Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and star/snowflake schemas.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hive, Flink, Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Familiarity with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
Experience in the gaming or iGaming industry and understanding of KPIs (LTV, Churn, GGR).
Preferred Industries:
Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or large-scale online platforms is a plus
