Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our global sales activities within the iGaming industry.  

You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Senior Leadership to define and execute sales strategies, expand market presence, and develop long-term customer and partner relationships in a fast-paced, international environment. 

This role combines strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and people leadership

Essential Job Tasks

  • Develop, implement, and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals 

  • Own the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and handover 

  • Define sales targets, KPIs, quotas, and revenue forecasts 

  • Drive inbound and outbound sales activities, including prospecting and lead qualification 

  • Lead strategic deals, complex negotiations, and key customer relationships 

  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting through consistent CRM usage 

  • Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and deal metrics to optimize results 

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management 

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on lead generation and go-to-market activities 

  • Work with Product Management to provide market and customer feedback 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities 

  • Build, coach, and develop the sales team as the organization scales 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a sales leadership role 

  • Experience within the iGaming, technology, SaaS, or online services industry is highly desirable.  

  • Requirement to have an established network within the iGaming ecosystem, complemented by experience in selling complex SaaS or online service solutions. 

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, platforms, affiliates, B2B providers) 

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets 

  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles and enterprise-level negotiations 

  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue planning skills 

  • Advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills 

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making 

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience building or scaling sales teams in high-growth environments 

  • Familiarity with iGaming regulatory frameworks across Europe, LATAM, Africa, or Asia 

  • Experience selling complex SaaS, platform, or B2B technology solutions 

  • Experience working closely with executive leadership or reporting to C-level stakeholders
