Vyking has announced the launch of its AI Game Recommendation System, the first major machine learning-driven feature within the Vyking Intelligence framework. 

Developed by Vyking’s BI and data science team, the system delivers real-time, personalised game recommendations tailored to each player’s individual behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns. Moving beyond static “popular” or “hot” categories, the engine dynamically adapts as new data is collected, ensuring suggestions become increasingly relevant over time. 

The architecture combines multiple modelling approaches, including collaborative filtering based on player similarity, game attribute analysis using metadata such as theme and volatility, and a hybrid model that balances behavioural and contextual data. This layered structure ensures effective recommendations for both established users and new players. 

Operators can monitor performance through integrated dashboards, measuring uplift across engagement, session duration, and retention. The system integrates directly into the game lobby as a configurable “Recommended for You” category or can be embedded within existing sections. Business rules, display logic, and testing parameters remain fully under operator control.
