Day three in Schladming kicked off with a different kind of mountain to climb — presentation day. After two days of collaboration and creativity, it was time for the Vyking teams to step up and pitch their platform innovations.
Each team presented their business concept to the wider group and the leadership panel, showing how their idea could solve a real pain-point — for players, operators, or providers. It was equal parts pitch session, product strategy, and good old-fashioned Vyking passion.
There were bold ideas, big debates, a few rogue slides, and plenty of passion. The leadership team huddled afterward to give feedback and reflect — and let’s just say, a few ideas might just make it into the dev roadmap before the year’s out.
Afternoon: To the Mountains, For Glory
In the early afternoon, the team set off for Sonnenalm, a stunning mountaintop lodge perched 1,350 meters above sea level on the south side of Rittisberg. Surrounded by postcard-perfect views, it was the ideal setting for one final challenge:
The Vyking Highland Games.
Inspired by the legendary traditions of the Celtic kings, the Highland Games were historically used to find the fastest, strongest, and most fearless warriors. For Vyking? They were a test of grit, teamwork, and just a touch of chaos.
Teams were carefully selected. Combat attire was donned. Flags were raised. Each tribe chose a war song to represent their homeland — and then it was on.
Let the games begin
What followed was a fierce and often hilarious battle, where each Vyking was pushed to their limits. Events included:
The points were tallied. The bruises were counted… and Team LFTN, led by their fearless captain and Vyking’s CPO Florian Klimka, was eventually crowned champions for 2025.
