Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Vyking’s platform and game aggregation layer.

This role sits at the core of what we do such as building a modular iGaming fiat and crypto platform combined with a high-performance game aggregation solution.

You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering features across:

  • Platform infrastructure (white label, turnkey and self-service)

  • Game aggregation & provider integrations

  • Payments & crypto (K1ngPay)

  • Operator-facing tools, controls and new features

This is not just backlog management. You’ll own product direction, work closely with development and engineering leads, and translate operator needs into scalable, flexible solutions across our platform and infrastructure

Essential Job Tasks

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and evolve product strategy across both platform and aggregation layers

  • Identify opportunities to improve game supply, performance, and integration efficiency

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the product competitive and translate latest market trends, operator needs into product direction

  • Help position Vyking as both a leading platform provider and aggregation partner

Roadmap & Execution

  • Own and prioritise the product roadmap across:

    • Game Aggregation & Vyking Intelligence (providers, content delivery, performance)

    • Platform features (wallet, bonuses, infrastructure, gamification etc)

  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria

  • Set priorities based on business impact, operator needs, and technical considerations

  • Work closely with Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery

  • Continuously evaluate progress, making trade-offs and adjustments to keep development aligned with product goals

Aggregation & Integrations

  • Drive integration of new game providers and content partners

  • Optimise aggregation performance (latency, uptime, content delivery)

  • Work with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and maintenance

  • Improve tooling for operators to manage and configure game content

Platform & Feature Development

  • Lead development of core platform capabilities:

    • Payments & crypto (KingPay)

    • Bonus & engagement systems

    • Wallet and transaction flows

    • Back-office & operator controls

  • Ensure everything is built with modularity and flexibility in mind

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between:

    • Dev/Engineering

    • Commercial /Marketing

    • Partnerships (game providers)

    • Project Management and Operations

  • Align teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines

  • Translate business needs into clear product deliverables

Data, Insights & Optimisation

  • Use product data, player behaviour, and operator feedback to guide decisions

  • Identify opportunities to improve:

    • Game performance

    • Conversion & engagement

    • Operator usability

  • Continuously iterate and enhance both platform and aggregation layers

What we’re looking for:

Experience

  • 4+ years in Product Management / Product Ownership

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, or aggregation systems

  • iGaming experience is a strong advantage (especially aggregation or platform side)

Technical & Product Skills

  • Strong understanding of:

    • APIs and integrations

    • Platform architecture

    • Data flows in transactional systems

  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Linear

Mindset

  • Product-first thinker with strong ownership mindset

  • Commercial awareness — understands operator needs and market dynamics

  • Strong communicator across technical and non-technical teams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with game aggregation or provider integrations

  • Knowledge of casino platforms, wallets, or bonus systems

  • Exposure to crypto or payments infrastructure
